June 15 Team at Base Camp

Happy Birthday Duncan!

Base camp and flying to Talkeetna

The team made it to base camp early this morning and lined up to hop on a flight to Talkeetna.  They’ll get something to eat and then head back to Anchorage this evening for a shower and a warm bed.

Moving on up to 9,600ft

Drew called in this evening from their new camp at 9,600ft.  The team is doing great, having made two previous camps to this point.  The plan for tomorrow is to move camp up into the beautiful basin camp at 11,200′.
