May 31 team: carried to 16,400′
The expedition, by reports from other teams at 14 camp, moved strong and fast to make their cache on the ridge at 16,400′ and are all happily back in camp. That would put them in line for a rest day tomorrow.

Mike Burmeister and his expedition moved successfully to camp 3, which is at 14,200′ on the West Buttress. Looking up out of camp, you can see almost to the summit of North America, Mt.
