Team leader Durny called this afternoon to report that the team is safe and sound and enjoying the abundant oxygen in Anchorage. The team had an extra day at Base Camp, due to weather conditions, but the skies cleared and they were able to fly out this morning. It sounds like they assisted our air services provider with stomping out the runway, which is necessary for the Beavers (the type of airplane they use) to land at Base Camp. Good work, team!
