The climbers were able to explore around Camp 2 on an acclimatization hike today. They visited the old crashed helicopter that gives C2 the name Helicopter Camp.  This helicopter crashed in the 80’s and has been well preserved in the high, dry, cold atmosphere of Aconcagua.

Thiyag, James, and Fermin are doing great and still eating well at 18,000 ft!  They plan to move up to high camp tomorrow and could be headed to the summit by Sunday!
