Congratulations to the climbers who reached the summit on Dec 15th! They descended to base camp today, dropping down into the thick, warm air and back to the hospitality of our comfortable base camp scene. It looks like they had a great trip and some beautiful weather when they needed it most.  Tomorrow, they’ll trek back out to the trailhead where they’ll be met by a van and whisked back to Mendoza for dinner and a shower.
