The team moved out of the comforts of base camp and climbed up to Camp 1 today. They pitched tents and started in on making some dinner up at over 16,000 ft. Everyone is feeling good and acclimatized after spending 4 nights down at base camp before moving up. Tomorrow they’ll push even higher up to Camp 2 to drop off some gear and food before descending back down to spend another night at Camp 1.
