Corell let us know that the team was actually not able to fly out of Basecamp yesterday morning due to cloud cover. They hope to be able to get out tomorrow although the weather isn’t looking prime tomorrow either. It’s tough to get stuck at Basecamp at the end of such a long journey, but at least it is warm! This can certainly happen to teams trying to leave the mountain, it’s all apart of the experience. But we hope they can fly back to civilization soon!
