The May 17th West Buttress Denali Expedition is “sitting pretty at Camp 2” after successfully navigating Windy Corner and caching some of their gear and equipment up near Camp 3.

Camp 2 at 11,000′ on the West Buttress Route on Denali.
It sounds like this small team of tall individuals is steadily making their way up to Camp 3, and we expect they’ll make the push up to the 14,200′ camp sometime very soon. In the meanwhile, they enjoyed some enchilada burrito bowls this evening and are hoping for good weather in the days to come!
