Quick update from Everest Base Camp: The Mountain Trip Everest team has made it up to Camp One and they are doing well. They reported great weather at camp. All are tired after a long day out. The icefall route this year is longer and in some ways more difficult than in years past.
Forecasts continue to look very favorable for the mountain over the next few days, with clear calm weather.
After one more night tonight at Camp One they are planning to move up to Camp Two tomorrow for three more nights.
