After a number of days of continuous travel, the team took a well-deserved rest day today at beautiful 14 Camp. The purpose of a rest day is to, well, rest, but also to eat, hydrate, and re-energize for the big push up on the upper mountain. The plan is to cache a load of equipment and supplies at 16,400′ on the ridge above 14 Camp tomorrow.
