All is well and the team made the long trek into base camp today. The morning started with a river crossing on mules, and after a 7 hr hike they settled in to the comforts of base camp. They have a dining tent and a cook preparing meals for them

John and Sebastian flew back to the bustling Union Glacier camp yesterday afternoon. They will spend part of today organizing their things for their flight back to Punta Arenas, but are also planning to sneak in some exploratory climbing in the peaks outside of camp. Their flight back to Chile
