It is crazy hot here in Camp 1 today! We went for a hike up towards camp 2 today. Conditions are quite interesting, as we have lots of powder avalanche activity off Nuptse and the west ridge. Tomorrow, we hope to move up to Camp 2 for a few days,

Here's a quick note from Everest Base Camp. The weather has been overcast with a lot of snow, so we are waiting this weather system out. But tomorrow's forecast looks good so off we are considering moving out tonight, heading for Camp 1 and then up to Camp 2. -Scott
