Brigitte Frost Noehr called in from the team’s new home at 11,200′ (3414m), located in a very pretty, west facing bowl (at least, I think it was Brigitte – she used a shortened version of her name…). The team got an early start to miss the heat of the day. They packed up camp at 7,800′ (2377m) and moved everything up glacier for a bit under five miles (~8km).
It sounds like they are having a great time and they were able to relax for much of the day, as they arrived at their new camp at 9am this morning.
Here’s Brigitte!
