After a pretty epic wind storm that destroyed tents all over Aconcagua last night, our team packed up their ripped up tents and descended back to base camp to regroup. Aconcagua can be a very windy mountain, and this was a big wind storm even for Aconcagua with tents ripped apart by wind even at base camp. Everyone is doing fine, and they are enjoying a good warm dinner and assessing their options for tomorrow with winds expected to continue.
