Lead guide Mike Burmeister called in to report that the team decided to stay in camp today.  Although the clouds were nowhere to be seen, the wind decided to pick up in the morning, reaching an estimated 30mph.  Yesterday’s move was a hard one and no one felt particularly excited to haul heavy packs into a stiff cold headwind.  The team has enough food and fuel to wait any weather in style, so they are ready to continue moving up the mountain as soon as conditions permit.
