Final Blog Dispatch Aconcagua Dec 19th Expedition

As I sit and write this last blog update I think to myself can it get any HOTTER! It is hard to believe that just a few short days ago we were on the highest point in the Southern and Western Hemispheres. Nick the “Brit” said that it was likely we were the highest people at any point on the globe at that moment (and of course Nick jumped so he could just be a bit higher).

The trip was a great success in that everyone came down and headed home safe. We truly wish that we could have shared the summit with Shlomo, for we know he would have loved the experience.

We want to say thank you to everyone who was there with us in spirit, following our every step and giving the unknowing encouragement we needed. Fermin and I are lucky to have such a great trip, it’s trips like these that stay in our memories.
