Mountain Trip guide Karl Welter called in an update on the June 18 team, who had just arrived at Camp One at 7,800'. The team moved up to Camp One at 7,800' from Denali Base Camp at 7,200', trekking through the night after landing on the Kahiltna Glacier from Talkeetna.

It's been a busy few days for the June 1 team. They broke camp, descended to Base Camp, got lucky with the weather and flew out. Bam! We expect a final trip dispatch to arrive anytime, but in the meantime please know that everyone is back safe and sound.

It was a busy day in Talkeetna and at Base Camp. Many teams we waiting to either fly in or fly out, and when the weather cleared yesterday there were a lot of comings and goings. The June 18 Team had a brief delay in Talkeetna, then flew in late
