Kili Team: Final Trip Dispatch

Hello Friends and Family,

Yesterday we toured the Ngorongoro crater where we saw a heard of 6000 wildebeest and a group of 20 elephant, among many other animals. Our knowledgeable safari guides taught us the habits and characteristics of each of the animals we saw. We stopped to visit a Masai tribe living according to traditional pracatices and we viewed a traditional Masai dance. We stayed at the beautiful Selena lodge, enjoying the atmosphere and finishing the day with a wonderful meal. This morning we woke early to travel back to Arusha to complete our covid test and tour the local market. We are back at the Kia lodge where we enjoyed cold beverages around the pool and made plans for our final dinner together. It has been a wonderful trip and we are so grateful for such a wonderful experience on all fronts. The Tanzanian people have been so friendly and welcoming. See you soon!
