Stephanie called in last night from Base Camp. The team spent one more day in Base Camp, resting, as they continue to give themselves the best chance to acclimatize to the new altitude of 13,800′ (4,200m). As they relaxed, Stephanie reports they enjoyed a hot breakfast, Dolce De Leche cake, and the special yoga room at Base Camp. Temperatures are starting to cool off a bit on the mountain, and the team got their first trace of snow. Perhaps they will have a white Christmas! Tomorrow the team will be packing up to move to Camp 1.
