Trip Reports
Our first Aconcagua team of the 2017-18 season has arrived and assembled in Mendoza, Argentina. Within the next couple of days, the team will travel into the heart of the Andes, en route to attempt to climb the tallest mountain in South America - Cerro Aconcagua.  At 22,841' (6961m), Aconcagua
With plenty of adventures, twists, turns (and way too many laughs to count), the June 17 Mountain Trip team returns to Anchorage happy and satisfied, having placed all team members on the summit. The light-hearted nature of our team members provided plenty of smiles along the way, often singing songs
Lead Guide Brian Muller called in the final trip report for the June 19 Team. After a big descent, the team is now in Talkeetna, enjoying a big meal and all the oxygen available at them at lower altitude.  It's been a great journey and the team has lots to
The June 21 Team is headed back to Base Camp. Lead Guide Eli Potter called in to report that it was a long, hard descent to 14 Camp from High Camp, but the team made it and they spent the afternoon napping in 14 Camp. The plan is to wait
The Team moved from 14 Camp to Base Camp, then flew out to Talkeetna, then drove to Anchorage. Whew! It was a huge day and everyone is safe and sound and back in Anchorage. Here's Josh:
Lead Guide Eli Potter called in on behalf of the Gustavo Ziller Seven Summits TV team after they made a summit bid this morning.  The forecast looked good and they awoke early, brewed up and hit the trail.  The crew made pretty good time up the steep and formidable Autobahn
Eli called in from high camp on the West Buttress route of Denali this evening at 17,200 ft.   They moved up from a camp on the ridge at 16,300 ft, so it was a short day and they are hoping to be rested and ready to go to the summit
Lead Guide Brian Muller called in from the summit of Denali! The team arrived on the summit a bit after 5:30 pm Alaska Daylight Time with all five climbers and the three Mountain Trip guides.  They made great time heading up during a beautiful day. Congratulations to all the climbers!!!
Josh Garner checked in after a well-deserved late morning of sleeping in at High Camp on the West Buttress.  The team had a long day as they made their way up to the summit of Denali and back down to camp. They enjoyed a clear, beautiful day on the top
Congratulations to our friends from Indonesia! Mathilda Dwi Lestari, Fransiska Dimitri and Jimmy Turnakaka reached the top of North America, when they climbed onto the 20,310 foot (6190 m) summit of Denali last night.  Accompanied by Mountain Trip guides Josh Garner, Kristin Arnold and J. Ricardo (Kakiko) Ramos-Leon, the team
