The June 16 West Rib Team made the move to High Camp (17,200') yesterday via the West Buttress Route. The team changed their plans from the West Rib to the West Buttress a few days earlier. At High Camp the team plans to enjoy a rest day today, to get

Team Big Knots had an active rest day yesterday, going to retrieve their cache at around 10,200'. This is a pretty relaxed day, which gives the team plenty of time to rest after retrieving their cache. The team is in good spirits and looking forward to moving up the mountain!

Unfortunately today's trip report was garbled, but the team cached a load of equipment and supplies around Windy Corner at 13,200'. Windy Corner did not live up to its name today, the team enjoyed fair weather for the ascent. The plan is to move to 14 Camp tomorrow, weather permitting.

The June 17 Team was able to put in a cache of gear for the upper mountain on the 16k Ridge. The team made easy work of the headwall and ascending the fixed lines, which can often be a very difficult day because of the steep 45 degree slope angle

Lead Guide Elias called in with a report that the team was able to cache gear for the upper mountain at 16,500'. This cache was the team's first go at the headwall and the fixed lines. All went smooth! The team now gets to take a well earned rest day

June 17 West Buttress Team called in an update from 14-Camp! Today they backcarried back towards Windy Corner at around 13,800' to grab their cache. In the coming days, weather permitting, the team will head up the steep headwall above camp, up the fixed lines, to cache on the 16,000'
