W. Miller – Aconcagua 2014

First of all, I want to thank you and your team for making a dream come true.  You guys do stuff like this all the time but the rest of us sit in offices and dream about getting the chance to take an adventure like this.  You and your team made entire experience better than I could ever dreamed.  From my first call to Mountain Trip to saying good bye at the restaurant in Mendoza everything was first class and better than I could ever have expected.

One thing was very clear from the beginning- We were the best organized, best supported and best led team  and EVERYONE in the valley and on the slopes of Aconcagua knew it!!!  I cannot tell you how many times members of other teams asked me what guide group we were with, what was our schedule, what were we eating, how were we acclimatizing, etc.  You could see it in their eyes, they wished they has signed up with Mountain Trip.

Our schedule to acclimatize, multiple summit days, food on the mountain, tents that were made for high winds, and the best local guide on the mountain  (Fermin), services provided at the two base camps are just a few of the things that come to mind.  About the food, while other teams were eating Ramen and oatmeal high on the mountain we were served homemade pizza, pancakes with maple syrup, a rolled cake for dessert, French Press coffee and 14 oz steak sandwiches with fresh tomatoes at CAMP 2!!!  Todd, you run a great organization that exceeds every possible expectation a member of a climb could have.  I will recommend you and Mountain Trip to everyone that will listen.
