The team checked in from basecamp this evening after climbing up to Camp 1 today for a chance to acclimate to the higher altitudes and returning for dinner. They had a bit of wind and plenty of cold today, but enjoyed the climb and they are doing great. Rene called in tonight, but her satellite phone call was dropped before finishing.
