Bobby Cosker

Originally from New England, I moved to Utah in 2007 to finish college and feed my passions of skiing and climbing in the bigger mountains. Since that time, I have been fortunate to have climbed around the world with trips to South America, Europe, the Canadian Rockies, and more than 50 expeditions into the Central Alaska Range. Furthermore, I worked multiple patrols as a VIP Climbing Ranger on Denali and Mooses Tooth with the National Park Service in the Interior Alaska Range.
My days are now spent chasing the seasons, climbing personally, guiding skiing and ice climbing in the winters, and expedition and alpine guiding in Alaska and the Pacific Northwest in the summers. I am most passionate about climbing remote exploratory alpine routes, sharing the places and lessons learned from my time in the mountains with others, and drinking well-made cups of coffee over a good book.
I currently hold certifications as an AMGA Assistant Rock and Alpine Guide, Ice Climbing Instructor, and Apprentice Ski Guide; A3 Avalanche Instructor and Pro 2 Professional; as well as Wilderness First Responder and Leave No Trace Instructor certifications.
