The team had a relatively easy day today, they were able to sleep in a little after their big move up to the 14,000 ft camp yesterday. After a big breakfast, they went down the glacier about 700 vertical feet to the place where they had cached their food and fuel a couple of days ago. They dug up their cache and hauled it back up to camp at 14,200ft where they’ll spend the next several nights.
Here’s the call from camp.
So good to hear that the team is doing well. I hope the weather stays great for you. Good luck out there.
Well done Brian, sounds like you’re a good luck charm for nice weather again – hope it holds up!!
