May 28th Team Crushed Climb to Camp 2

Big day for the May 28th team! After four nights at Camp 1 (7,800 ft / 2,377 m), the crew made the move to Camp 2 at 11,200 ft (3,414 m). It was an 8-hour push covering 4 miles (6.4 km) and gaining 3,000 ft (914 m) of vertical — a true effort, and the team handled it beautifully. Climbers are strong, guides are phenomenal, and this group is really syncing up, growing together with every step.

They’re now settled in at the base of Motorcycle Hill, surrounded by towering peaks and crisp alpine air. Tomorrow’s plan is to back-carry and retrieve the cache from below, while keeping an eye on the weather for a potential move to 14 Camp. Spirits are high, the stoke is real, and Denali is showing off. Send a few prayers to the mountain weather gods — and tap the link below to hear the live update from the team!
