The team enjoyed a rest day at the 14,200ft camp, hiking out to a place called the “Edge of the World” and mostly relaxing and recovering for the move to high camp tomorrow. This day of rest is an important part of the acclimatization plan to allow climbers to adjust to the high altitude. It’s also important to have a day to recover after many days in a row of hard work! They enjoyed the day and the views and the cheese cake they had for dessert.
