Guide Fischer Hazen called in an update on the May 19 Jay West Buttress team from Camp Two at 11,200′. The team had a successful day caching around Windy Corner at around 13,400′ in good conditions, despite the reports of wind we have been hearing from the upper mountain.
They hope to move up to Camp Three at 14,200′ on the route today, to spend a few days resting and acclimatizing.
