Climber Eric Bauerenschmidt called in a quick update once again from Camp Three at 14,200′, where the team took another weather and rest day and explored around camp.
The mountain forecast is calling for steadily increasing winds and a strong storm front coming in over the next few days, so the team will likely end up holding strong at Camp Three for a couple more days. The park mountaineering forecast is calling for increasing winds and heavy snow through Monday morning. Winds and snow are forecasted to diminish on Tuesday.
But, Eric and Kevin have experience weathering these storms, and they seem to be in good spirits.
