Karl called in from the May 9th team this evening as they settled in to bed after a long day. The first day of the expedition means the biggest loads of the trip, so they are happy to be done with that, and will carry a more reasonable 1/2 load up to cache at 10,000 ft tomorrow.
They are enjoying nice weather so far!
