Mountain Trip guide Joe Butler called to check in on behalf of the May 11 West Buttress Expedition on Denali yesterday evening. Yesterday, after successfully moving from Camp 1 at 7,800 ft. up to Camp 2 at 11,800 ft., the team retrieved a cache of supplies down at 10,500 ft. to support them on their way further up the mountain. Weather prevailing, they hope to move up to Camp 3 at 14,000 ft. today.
